Collection and Processing of Personal Data
a) Google Workspace Appointment Scheduler We integrate the tool for online appointment booking (Google Workspace Appointment Scheduler) on our website. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you book an appointment via the scheduler, the data you enter (e.g., name, e-mail address, phone number, and the reason for your appointment) is processed directly on Google’s servers. It cannot be ruled out that data may also be transmitted to the parent company, Google LLC, in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have also concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Google. Legal basis: The processing is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures) as well as Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in uncomplicated and efficient appointment scheduling). b) Contact Form On our contact page, you can send us a message via a form. The following data is collected: first name, last name, email address, optionally company name, and your message. The data is sent to us by email and is not stored in an external database. Legal basis: Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to customer inquiries). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for processing your inquiry.
c) Cookie Consent Management (Real Cookie Banner) To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool „Real Cookie Banner“.
